John and Connie have been involved in the food business all their lives. In the year of 1978 John helped out with the local Church to help sell Gyros at their Greek Food Festival. This gave him the idea to introduce the Gyro sandwich to a larger public. John started out at a few local festivals and flea markets with just a small wooden knock down stand. He would be offering samples and hollering for people to stop and try a piece of Gyro meat and from there they were hooked. Now we have over 8 concession trailers and tents, traveling from May until November. The journey has not been easy but we have enjoyed all these years building friendships most importantly our loyal customers who have been with us over the years.
